K2 is a natural gemstone that is a mix of Afghanite which is a granite from Afghanistan and Azurite which appears as blue areas in the gemstone.
This is an teardrop cabochon of K2 that has been set with an open back bezel setting, this is so that the skin can come into contact with the gemstone.
