Shipping, Delivery & Returns

  • You will be notified automatically at checkout before payment of shipping costs.
  • There will be options at ‘check out’ based upon shipping location and parcel weight to enable you to choose the method preferred.
  • Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be – please consult your local customs office for more information.
  • Aim to ship orders with 24-48 hours with exception of custom orders which may take up to 4 weeks to make for details on delivery times for custom orders contact us on
  • Uk parcels should arrive within 2-5 working days please contact us should this not be the case.
  • Payment must be made before items are delivered.  
  • Please order with enough lead-time to avoid any disappointment due to delivery time or loss as we cannot be responsible for this. 


  • Orders are dispatched by Royalmail within UK (Signed for or special delivery) or courier where parcels exceed 2kg.
  •  International orders are sent Via airmail international Tracked or by courier, please specify an address where a signature can be given for the parcel.
  • If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by email ( and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by international airmail usually arrive within 4-10 working days, some parcels may take longer to be delivered.


  • We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase, should you not be happy and wish to return your item please contact us on
  • Return request must be emailed within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • Items must be returned to within 30 days from receipt.
  • You will only have to pay the return postage.
  • A refund processed on account that the item was purchased, once item has been received in original condition.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, or Lost Items

  • Care is always taken to ensure adequate packaging of all items shipped.
  • We are not responsible for mail providers handling of parcels, if they arrived severely damaged please refuse to sign for the item so it is returned to us and notify us by email ( and we will dispatch a replacement.
  • Should you have signed for a damaged parcel, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the item inside and email the images to us so we can complain to the shipping provider.
  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt for damaged/faulty items.
  • Full refund processed on account that the item was purchased, once item has been received in original condition.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
  • If item has not arrived within 14 days of purchase contact us as 
  • We will then chase the delivery companies to trace your parcel – occasionally delays to delivery occur to events beyond anyone’s control ; adverse weather, customs, etc.
  • Once a parcel has been deemed ‘Lost’ you will receive a full refund

Unwanted Items

  • At we want to ensure you are satisfied with your items.  If you are unhappy or have changed your mind please return it, with the dispatch note. Unused, undamaged with all packaging, packing and components intact.
  • Once received it will be inspected and once satisfied it is in the original condition. A full refund will be sent directly to you on your account used to purchase the item
  • You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products.
