Cassiterite

Cassiterite is a tin oxide SnO₂ which is generally opaque although when in thin crystals it may be translucent.  The name is from the Greek word ‘kassiteros’ which means tin.  It is abundant in rough raw mineral form although rare in its transparent gem-quality formation.

Cassiterite is said to be excellent for grounding and creating strong earth connections assisting in profound meditations.

It is said to be highly beneficial when it comes to problem-solving, especially when regarding maths and numbers.
