This is Jasper that is veined with hematite – combining the properties of both. It is said to be beneficial for keeping feet attached to the ground and reaching emotional stability, mental clarity and drawing excess energy from the head.  This form of Jasper is calming, soothing and deeply nurturing therefore making it an ideal worry stone.  It promotes dream recall.
